Sushraj Pharma

The pharma arm of Sushraj Ventures, based in Una, Himachal Pradesh. Anyone who wants a medicine made under their own brand faces the same questions: which manufacturer, at what rate, in what pack, and with which papers. Too often the answers come from a few phone calls and whichever quote arrives first.

Sushraj Pharma does that groundwork properly. It compares WHO-GMP and ISO certified manufacturers, quotes and rates for the client's exact product, settles packaging, artwork and documentation, and follows production through to dispatch, with pharma scientists checking every consignment before it leaves. It is consulting and facilitation only: licensed manufacturers make and supply the product, and the client decides who to work with.

The platform I am building for it is a CRM that holds each client's demand, the quotes from manufacturers and brands, and every stage from the first call to dispatch in one record instead of a thread. It is the same problem as every other system on this page, which is a process nobody has tooled, carrying the cost.
